Step-by-Step Directions

To complete the one-time set-up for your account:

1. Type your MEMBER NUMBER
    
2. Type your default password (the last 4 digits of the primary members social security number and their 4-digit birth year) example 99991958. Click continue.
    
3. To create a new secure password (must be minimum of 8 characters and a combination of three of the following: uppercase, lowercase, number, special character)
    
4. Click "Change my Password" to save it.
    
5. Choose three security questions and provide the answers (your answers are not case sensitive)
    
6. Click "SAVE MY QUESTIONS"
    
7. Accept the "Terms and Conditions" by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
    
8. Create a new personal Username (maximum of 21 characters. It cannot contain your account number, first or last name.
    
9. Click "CHANGE MY USERNAME" to save your changes.
