We Have a NEW Online Banking Portal!

All members must re-enroll in Online Banking to access all resources, including Mobile and Telephone Banking, by completing the steps below:

Step-by-Step Directions

Part 1

  1. Click “Enroll in Online Banking” on the login screen.
  2. Verify reCAPTCHA by clicking “I’m not a robot.”
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Your member account number(EXAMPLE: ONLY BASE NUMBER "12345" DO NOT ENTER "10000123451002" or any other digits "1234580" at the end)
    • PIN (which is the last 4 digits of your SSN. If you have accessed our Telephone Banking service first, and have changed your Audio PIN, please use your updated PIN.)
    • Enter your full Social Security
  4. Enter the verification code that was sent to the email address on file.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Create your NEW user ID
    • Create a New secure code password
    • Confirm your new password
  6. Part 1 of the enrollment is complete!

Part 2

  1. Return to the login screen and sign in with your New credentials.
  2. Enter or Select your phone number for verification.
  3. Enter the verification code that was sent.
  4. Part 2 of the enrollment is complete!

Part 3

  1. Return to the login screen again and enter your New credentials.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions and answer your security question.
  3. Turn on live updates when logging in to your dashboard.
  4. Enable Facial Recognition or Fingerprint Scanner for easier logins.
  5. Part 3 is complete!
