When you register, you'll receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to help keep your account secure and protected from unauthorized access.
Starting July 1, 2026, all members need to re-enroll in Online Banking to use our updated Mobile and Telephone Banking services.
To access Telephone Banking, members will need the following:
- Account number
- The last four digits of their SSN, which will serve as a temporary PIN number
For security reasons, members must contact Telephone Banking using a registered phone number associated with their account; otherwise, enrollment will not be authorized.
